Avnet scoops top award for outstanding contribution to the channel in the past twelve months
Bracknell, UK – 2 December 2015 – Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), a leading global technology distributor today announced that it has won two top accolades in the UK at the recent CRN Awards. Avnet was named as Distributor of the Year 2015 and Storage Distributor of the Year 2015. Now in their 22nd year, the CRN Channel Awards recognise and reward outstanding performance in the IT channel. Avnet was presented with the awards at the annual CRN Awards gala dinner, held on 19th November, Battersea Park Events Arena, London.

Entries for the awards were reviewed by two rounds of judging panels, formed of directors and executives from the IT industry, including the editor of CRN.
