Management restructure and new expansion strategies reap rewards at hfx

hfx, a leading provider of flexible working systems, has announced that sales revenue has increased significantly during the first quarter of 2015, compared with the same period last year. The revenue growth, which is up significantly, has been generated by a mix of new business and existing customers extending and upgrading their solutions. The increase is a direct result of a management restructure that took place mid 2014, and the subsequent investment in people across all areas of the business to support aggressive new growth strategies.

Paski Matarazzo, Business Development Director at hfx, who was appointed in June 214 to head up the new management team stated; “hfx has always been a customer-centric organisation, however we have increased the focus on customer experience, which has resulted in a dramatic rise in existing users wishing to upgrade and extend their systems. We have also seen a strong increase in the number of new customers, as organisations realise the many benefits of providing flexible working options for their employees.”

Recent changes in legislation, such as shared parental leave, the right to request flexible working and the abolition of the statutory compulsory retirement date has resulted in many more organisations looking to provide flexible work patterns for staff. Flexible working and in particular flexitime is a highly valued benefit proven to attract and retain staff. However, the complex calculations required to manage flexitime, shifts, holiday entitlements, time off in lieu and absence is beyond the capability of most HR solutions. hfx’s flagship product Etarmis fills the gap in the market by integrating with all the mainstream HR systems (such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Northgate), enabling organisations to manage flexible working, while keeping employee data synchronised across HR and payroll systems.
