Local government and private sector organisations adopt hfx’s flexible workforce management system to manage unique working hours agreements and new legislation

hfx, a leading provider of flexible working systems, has signed up seventeen new customers in the last year, leading to many new job opportunities as additional staff are recruited to meet demand. As well as logging working hours via the traditional swipe card or key, hfx’s solution gives staff the flexibility to log in from a desktop or laptop via a web portal, from any approved location. The latest release enables managers to configure access control to certain defined times and days of the week as needed.

The feature rich system provides more options for flexible working and secure access along with complete transparency for staff to view their working hours, increasing trust and motivation.
