New appointment to consolidate public sector accounts and drive into new markets for hfx’s flexible workforce management solutions

hfx, a leading provider of flexible working systems, has appointed Alex Boa as Sales Director. Alex takes on responsibility for generating new business for hfx’s market leading flexible working solution Etarmis solution, as well as working with the company’s prestigious customer base. Alex provides valuable knowledge based on his long experience of working with the public sector and understands the complexity associated with this sector and time and staff management solutions.

Before joining hfx Alex was Regional Sales Manager at Kronos UK, where he was instrumental in developing new opportunities both within established markets as well as identifying and growing new markets and geographies. Prior to joining Kronos Alex held a range of strategic roles within the clinical systems market.
