Global customer conferences attract record numbers and recently released ARM Risk Express wins industry award
Maidenhead, UK. 5 November 2015 – Sword Active Risk, a supplier of risk management software and services, has seen success with several new initiatives. The company’s global customer conference series, which has just completed with the Sydney Conference, has been the best attended to date, and the recently launched ARM Risk Express has already won industry accolades.
Among other appointments, Sword Active Risk has hired a new Account Director for Australia, supporting expansion in the region and building on its existing customer base. Product feedback and demand from customers has also initiated further new appointments across the business in the product areas of development and quality assurance, ensuring that ARM continues to deliver a robust solution to help the management of risk across customer organizations.
The release of ARM Risk Express in the summer of this year has already resulted in positive user feedback, as well as winning a 2015 GRC Innovation Award from analyst firm GRC 20/20. ARM Risk Express is a new user interface designed specifically for risk owners, aimed at business and process users who need a light approach, yet fully featured software to help identify and manage risks and opportunities.
